speechless

I was meeting with HW while waiting for lift this morning.
He started the conversation with me:

HW: Did black bear tell you?
me: =)

Then walked into the lift:

HW: His boss dare not take u....
me: =)

then he walked out from the lift and walked faster than me, left me far behind from him.
I was laughing in my heart.... HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

yalor..lousy local management. Even hire a planner also need approval from Germany, better off fire all the local managers here and control by Germany, save cost $$$$$... =)
