Plant shut down and stay at home nothing to do. Then plan to have a baking time with my daughter -- Banana Cup cake. Everything is prepared except banana. Therefore after pick her up after school, we went for hunting banana.
We went to 2 places and there was no banana. There was no choice, so we bought 'pisang goreng' (fried banana) from Malay stall. :)
Then we started our baking... ^.*

4 eggs needed...
"Pisang goreng" that we bought. :P
Stir the eggs with sugar.
add in flour.
as well as melted butter..
ready to bake in 180degree for 20 - 30 minutes.
It's done...too bad, it is a little bit hard. :(
