Hari Raya and Nasional Day 2011

30-Aug-2011
1st Raya Day, Tuesday.

Holiday again. =)
Time to spend with my daughter. We were in KL on Monday night after my sis finished work.
Started with our day at 7am with our breakfast at one of the shop lot, Jalan 1/27 B, Wangsa Maju.

Kuching kolo Mee, Rm3.80.

Tea and milo, Rm4.20...

Then we proceed Kuantan tol at 7.55am and reached Berjaya Hill, Bukit Tinggi at about 8.28am. Ticket - Rm12 for adults and RM8 for children.. We spent about 2 hrs ++ for our photos session... ;)

Japanese Village at Bukit Tinggi, nice scene to take photos..^.^

As recommended by Chong WK, we headed to Kampar for chicken bread. We reached at Kampar/Tapah tol at about 11.27am. Then, proceed to Yau Kee Curry Chicken restaurant which is located about 20km from the tol.

The curry chicken bread cost Rm28.00. Nice and a bit salty, my daughter can ate half of the bread. She likes it so much...

We went to Kellies Castle at Jalan Gopeng for photo sessions again. =)
Ticket - RM4 (adult) and RM3 (children). Only both me and daughter went in for photo sessions as my sis n her boy friend did not go in.

Initial of our plan is to go for Sungkai Hot Spring after Kellies Castle, however due to photo session at Bukit tinggi is too long, we decided to check in hotel and only plan for the hot spring on the way back to KL in the next day.

Sun Inns hotel located at Sunway City, Ipoh which is about 15 minutes drive to the Ipoh town. I booked the hotel online few weeks ago. We checked in about 4.34pm and only get our room at 5.11pm. Waiting for > 30 minutes :(...And my personal recommendation: do not stay here if you have other choice.

After taking our bath, we went to Ipoh Garden East Night market which only available on Tuesday. We bought 'angry birds' t-shirt here as requested by my daughter.

Ipoh Garden East Night Market...

The crab cost Rm29.00.
Look very nice..yummy...^.*

Actually I was taking the long queue for the 'smelly taufu'.
Poor photographer and feel 'paisey' to take another one. =p

We had our dinner with the clay pot chicken at K Ten restaurant. We ordered for 2 person's served of clay pot rice, fried vegetable and 2 cans of drinks, it cost us Rm21.60..

Delicious with the salty fish..my favorite :)

Sweet vegetable, I like so much!

After dinner, we continue to walked at the night market until my daughter was tired and we went back to hotel for our rest...ZZZzzzzzzz.....
